Group Fitness Programs
Designed to increase strength, build muscle, and increase functional movement. Set your own personal goals and watch them materialize as you transform your body and mind in a challenging and supportive environment.
Do what you will.from 6AM to 9PM.
Open Gym
We are open from 6 AM to 9 PM Monday - Friday and 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday. Use any cardio and weight lifting equipment when there are no classes going on. This comes standard with any CT FIt memberships!

Personal Coaching
Work one-on-one or in a small group with one of our amazing coaches! These sessions are designed around you and are the perfect way to supplement our group classes. If you have a goal, we have a trainer that can help you achieve it!

CT STRIKING
At CT FIT we offer our CT STRIKING classes 6 days a week! Learn, have fun, and get in shape with multiple time world champion Jerome Turcan and Australian Boxer and Pro MMA fighter Denis Roberts.
