Our health is our most important commodity. At CT Fit San Jose, we focus on doing safe, effective exercises designed to improve the quality of your life! All of our classes are personally designed by the top leaders in their respective industries. Our main class, Functional Fitness X, was designed by CrossFit Games champion Jason Khalipa.
At CT Fit, we realize that we all live different lives and all have different bodies! In addition to group classes, we offer a personal assessment and training to fix your body's imbalances and restore your functional movement. All of our instructors have completed their bachelor's degrees and hold numerous certificates in their respective specialties.

Group Fitness Programs
Designed to increase strength, build muscle, and increase functional movement. Set your own personal goals and watch them materialize as you transform your body and mind in a challenging and supportive environment.

GET STRONGER
The high-intensity, dynamic movements of our Functional Fitness X classes will help you gain muscle strength and stamina. As you progressively get stronger, you will find yourself reaching goals you never thought would be possible.
GAIN CARDIO
High-intensity training (HIT) is proven to increase VO2 max, or the maximum amount of oxygen you can utilize during exercise. Unlike running or traditional cardio programs, Functional Fitness X classes are constantly changing, so you will always be presented with new, fun challenges that never end!
Improve agility, balance, and flexibility
CT Fit workouts include functional exercises, or exercises that mimic movements you do in everyday life. Functional movements, such as squats, kettlebell swings, or overhead presses can help improve agility, balance, and flexibility.
They also can reduce your risk for injury and improve your quality of life as you age, which is our number 1 goal!
Burn Calories and lose weight
Studies show that functional workouts burn more calories than traditional gym-type workouts. On average, a 195-pound male or 165-pound female will burn 15 to 18 calories per minute and 13 to 15 calories per minute, respectively, during their training session. You may also continue to burn calories during the recovery period.
That’s compared to 11 calories per minute and 9 calories per minute during traditional weightlifting using machines.
If your main goal is weight loss, we also recommend following a healthy diet regimen for maximum results! The formula is simple, burn more calories than you take in, and you will lose weight!
Open Gym
We have over 4k square feet of the best weight lifting and cardio equipment in the bay area. All of our weights and rigs are manufactured in the USA by Rogue Fitness, the industry leader! Open Gym is 6 AM - 9 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM - 4 PM on Saturday.

Rogue Fitness
Rogue Fitness is an American manufacturer and distributor of strength and conditioning equipment, including weightlifting barbells, plates, racks, and other fitness-related equipment. All CT Fit weights and rigs are made by Rogue.
Assault Fitness
Assault Fitness is the only manufacturer of the Assault Bike and Assault Runner. Their air bike and manual treadmill are trusted by professional athletes and gyms worldwide. We are proud to carry their products. CT Fit has 8 Assault Elite bikes for use during open gym times!
Concept2
Concept2 created the original rowing ergometer (or rowing machine) in 1981 as a training aid for competitive athletes. Since then, their indoor rowers have consistently been the top-rated rowing machines in the world, thanks to unrivaled function, durability, and results.
At CT Fit, we have 8 Concept2 rowers that may be used at any time!
Personal Coaching
Work one-on-one or in a small group with one of our amazing coaches! These sessions are designed around you and are the perfect way to supplement our group classes. If you have a goal, we have a trainer that can help you achieve it!

Martial Arts training Available
In addition to traditional strength and conditioning programs, all of our trainers are martial art athletes and have competed in wrestling, MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing disciplines. They are available for one-on-one private lessons any time!
